What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition. Contact weargagstore@gmail.com before returning an item. Return shipping is generally paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Which sizes are available?
The Jingle Balls Sweater is available in S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL and 4XL. Compare the size chart in the product gallery with a garment you already own before choosing your size.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 6–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary by location, carrier delays, customs and holidays. Tracking information is emailed after shipping.
Can I choose different colours and sizes in a Duo?
Yes. Select Duo, then choose the size and colour for each sweater separately before adding the bundle to your cart. The current Duo price is shown in the offer selector above.
