RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending any item back.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For customers in the EU/EEA, statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable, remain unaffected.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
